Synopsis
This is a story about a kidnapping and the relationships which develop because of this event between the kidnapper, who seems to be a very nice chap, the victim, who is thoroughly enjoying the adventure, the victim’s wealthy parents, who are jerked out of their complacency when faced with a real threat to their child, and the policeman, who has to negotiate a satisfactory conclusion. But after a clever ploy to get the ransom money, will the kidnapper now return the victim unharmed? The play (both one act and three act) has two alternative endings.
