Synopsis
Baron Barkalot, the Town Mayor of Hamlin, bites off more than he can chew
when he engages a wicked traveller, the Pied Piper, to rid his town of a
plague of rats. When the Baron refuses to pay the Piper, disaster overtakes
the whole village. All of the children, bar one, are spirited away to an Ice
Cavern in the Mountains, guarded by the gruesome Troll. Who can rescue
them?? Meet Dotty Dumbkopf, the outrageous village school-teacher, her son
Hans, brave, handsome, debonair and madly in love with Baron Barkalot’s
beautiful daughter Rosamund. Silly mummy’s boy Apfel and his soppy
girlfriend Strudel, get in the way as they climb the Mountain Pass to rescue
the children from half-witted Vick and Finn the Baron’s Men, and the Troll
Guardian of the Ice Cavern.
Does it all end happily?? After lots of adventures, fun and games, of course
it does!!
